Donna Summer
Donna Summer was a pioneering and influential singer, songwriter, and actress who rose to fame in the 1970s to become the "Queen of Disco." Summer's early career included work as a session singer and performances in musical theater, and she achieved her first major success as a solo artist in 1975 with the hit song "Love to Love You Baby." This was followed by a string of other hits, including "I Feel Love," "Last Dance," and "Hot Stuff," which helped establish her as one of the most popular and successful recording artists of the disco era.
